Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 1 bunch scallions, diced
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ red pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or 3 tablespoons garlic chili sauce
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime (juice from about 1 lime)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Serves 3–4
Place the Brussels sprouts, scallions, cilantro and pepper in a serving bowl.
Mix the sriracha, mayonnaise, lime juice, sugar and salt in another bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour the dressing on the vegetables. Mix well and let sit 15 minutes before serving.
