Shaun Maeyens

Shaun Maeyens has been working in the coffee industry for 12 years and roasting professionally for eight. He is the founder of Zen Café Coffee Roasters LLC. In May, Zen Café will celebrate its fifth year in business. You can find coffee grown by Rudy Cárcamo at the South Bend Farmers Market, the Purple Porch Co-op and at Whole Foods Market in Mishawaka.
