Kohlrabi and Dill Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 cups grated kohlrabi
  • ½ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1½ teaspoons salt

Instructions

Serves 3–4

Mix the kohlrabi, onion and dill in a medium bowl. In a separate bowl, put the milk, mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and salt. Whisk and pour over the kohlrabi mixture. Stir and serve.
