Katie Marggraf is the co-owner and head baker at the Black Currant Bakehouse in Union Pier, MI. A professional baker for more than 10 years in Chicago and Portland, she recently made her home in Harbor Country to open the bakery with her husband. Marggraf also moonlights as an amateur photographer and writer.
