Why We Love It: Elkhart’s Iechyd Da Brewing Company offers handcrafted ales, lagers, pizzas, sandwiches and soda. All their beers and much of the food are made in house with local ingredients. And the name, an old Welsh toast, isn’t as hard to say as it appears to be - just say Ya-key-Dah (“Good Health!).
