Barbara Funnell

Barbara Funnell always dreamt that when she retired from restaurant management, she would have a food truck and travel. Instead, she and her husband bought land with fruit trees and berry bushes in Niles, MI. So now she happily uses the fruits and flowers from their Knott Road Hillside Gardens in home-baked goods that she sells along with produce at local farmers markets.
