- 1 lemon wedge
- 4 ounces apple cider
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
Poke the cloves into the lemon wedge. Place the cider, honey and clove-studded lemon wedge in a saucepan. Warm over medium heat until beginning to steam (but not boil). Remove from heat and place in a mug. Garnish with grated nutmeg and serve.
