Making pasta by hand has been a tradition at Tosi's since it was an Italian resort back in the 1930s. Today they continue to make racks of pasta using a century-old pasta maker.
Dining on Tosi's porch overlooking the Italian-style enclosed garden is a lovely way to spend a warm summer evening.
Each of the art-filled dining rooms at Tosi’s is distinctive with its own special flair and ambience.
After the pasta dough has been rolled, cut into ribbons and hung on wooden racks to dry, it is gently laid out on sheets and carried upstairs.
