- 3 bunches radishes, about 3 cups, tops removed, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pink peppercorn, ground
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Place the radishes, olive oil, salt, and peppercorns on a baking sheet. Use your hands or a spoon and toss the ingredients together.
Roast for 15-20 minutes until the radishes are beginning to soften. Check the salt and serve warm or in a green salad.
