Jane Simon Ammeson

Travel/food writer Jane Simon Ammeson lives on the lakeshore in Stevensville, MI, and is a James Beard Foundation judge and a member of the Indiana Foodways Alliance and the Society for American Travel Writers. Author of several books including A Jazz Age Murder in Northwest Indiana, a true crime story revolving around a murder that took place on Valentine’s Day 1923, she also has two new books published by Indiana University Press this September, Hauntings of the Underground Railroad and Murders That Made Headlines.
