Why We Love It: This Watervliet brewery is serious about making beer. They have 13 beers on tap plus take requests for their “Brewer’s Empirical Series.” But rather than a kitchen, food is near with the pub’s schedule of food trucks (currently pizza, grilled items and tacos).
