What's edible in YOUR backyard?
Not all wild edibles grow in the woods. Many grow right in the average American back yard. Learn how to identify and use plants that grow without human help. This “Wild Edibles” workshop, led by Liz Smith, a local wild edibles instructor with over 40 years experience, will teach you how to find some of what's good to eat in the local area. Afterward, you will sample some of the wild fare growing in our area.
