Kids 8-11 years old go around the world with this fun and full hands-on menu. Local Chef Tara Newman will teach technique, food safety and how to balance a complete meal.

Day 1: Little Italy -- Make your own pasta, alfredo sauce, loaded salad with Italian vinaigrette, herb & cheese flatbread, topped with a dessert of pudding parfait's.

Day 2: It's all Greek to me! -- Caesar salad with a homemade parmesan dressing, Greek chicken pita with tzatziki sauce and baklava tarts.

Day 3: Asian Fusion -- Chopped Thai salad with sesame ginger dressing, tandoori chicken naan pizza, Asian salmon & veggie foil packets, pineapple fried rice and apple spring rolls.
