Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1½ teaspoons lemongrass, finely chopped
  • ¼–½ teaspoon red chili flakes

Instructions

Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
