Kris Kauchak

Kris Kauchak was born in Indiana and now makes her home in Michigan, appreciative of the bounty of the land and the generosity of local growers. She writes often for pleasure, seeks new taste experiences with enthusiasm and cooks extemporaneously, with an emphasis on seasonal, local and fresh. She recently earned a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell, and believes that food can both nourish and heal.
