Currently most Americans consume less than a single serving of whole grains daily. Why so few when they provide energy, a wide variety of vitamins and minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals and dietary fiber? All of these nutrients are vital for the health and maintenance of our bodies. You will learn about whole grain varieties that delight our taste buds in a wide range of dishes in this lesson with Extension Educator Karen Richey. RSVP no later than November 14th by calling the Extension Office at 574-372-2340.
