Vegetarian Indiana Parathas
Nidhi Sharma is a gifted instructor who makes learning fun! Her vegetarian and vegan dishes are always amazing. In Nidhi’s classes, you learn about the cuisine of India and how it’s celebrated culturally as well as the health benefits of the ingredients she’s using. In this vegetarian and vegan class, you’ll learn to prepare paratha, one of India’s most popular unleavened flatbreads. Paratha is an amalgamation of parat and atta and means layers of cooked dough. Don your apron, roll up your sleeves, and learn to make, stuff, roll out, and cook Potato & Onion, Cauliflower, Carrot, and Spinach Parathas to enjoy with Nidhi’s Dal (lentil stew) & Raita (yogurt sauce ~ vegan alternative provided, too). Leave inspired to throw a paratha party at home! Please bring an apron and rolling pin.
