Sushi Making with Michelle

Learn how to make sushi with Michelle FitzGerald, owner of MAKE SOUTH BEND. Using the best ingredients each student will practice their skills by making two types of maki rolls and receive a bamboo sushi mat to keep. Sake or green tea will be provided. 

Note: This is a 21+ event. Registration closes three days prior to the the event.
