Ramen Night at Watermark Brewing

The Nosh Village food truck hosts a ramen pop-up at Watermark Brewing Company once per month. April means spring, and we catch some chicken inspiration from our friends at Jake's Country Meats for this month's broth. 

Rich and creamy, the traditional ramen stock is crafted over 3 days. Once Wednesday hits, we're piling in Sun noodles (will change your life), jammy farm eggs, and a few token veggies. Rice noodles will be available too, for a gluten-free option. 

The truck is serving starting at 4:00pm. Ramen happens once per month, so get it while it's happening.
