Pinot Winemaker's Dinner at the Bistro on the Boulevard
The Bistro on the Boulevard has partnered with winemakers from Cardwell Hill Cellars for an evening celebrating pinot. Five wines from the Oregon vineyards will be paired with cuisine specifically crafted by Executive Chef Cheyenne Galbraith, highlighting the notes and flavors of the boutique winery. The menu includes a grilled seafood roulade, ruby grapefruit salad, vichyssoise, lamb Navarin, and chocolate pavlova.
Seating is limited and pre-purchase is required. Reservations can be made by calling the Bistro.
