5 Course Wine Pairing Valentine’s Event
Feast on courses so carefully prepared that they themselves are acts of love! Valentine's day at West on Warren features a five-course dinner for the evening, with each course served with its own special wine pairing.
SOUP ~ French onion soup prepared from meat stock and onions. Served gratinéed with croutons and cheese on top.
APPETIZER ~ Two crostini with a fig spread, sliced duck, cherry red wine reduction; topped with brie.
SALAD ~ Arugula, mint and watermelon tossed in a citrus vinaigrette and topped with goat cheese.
ENTRÈE ~ Lobster Tail with Hollandaise Sauce - 4 oz. filet with a red pepper puree, two seared scallops topped with caramelized onions, duxelle and bacon cream sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and baby carrots.
DESSERT FLIGHT ~ Chocolate truffles, pecan pie with crème anglaise and red wine bundt cake.
