Donte Shaw is a consulting chef in South Bend, IN. With no formal culinary education, he honed his craft by reading and learning under the established chefs he worked for starting at the age of 17. From line cook to executive chef, he has created his own path through hard work and a willingness to learn. When he isn’t consulting with local restaurants, he creates private pop-up dinners and participates in chef collaboration events.
